Missing questions in storyboard template

Hi I'm getting to grips with some of the NCD resources. I downloaded your storyboard template. Its a great resource: cutting and pasting the axes etc. Thanks. I thought you should know that the one online does not appear to have all the questions on it. EG slide 12 qns 1-25 omits qns 5-10 etc. Mike Jones, UK

Also, the questions and question numbers on the storyboard don't match up with the questions on my profile plus report (2008 Schalk and Johnstone). I imagine you had a different survey for the boards than the one i'm using. Its no big deal to type the qustions in but its best you know! Mike
